1. About Agent Router

Agent Router is a skills-based ChatGPT plugin that helps users analyze ideas for AI assistants, workflows and automations.

The plugin provides instructions and reasoning guidance within ChatGPT.

At the time of publication, Agent Router does not operate its own external backend service, database or user account system.

2. Data processed by Agent Router

Agent Router may process information that you voluntarily provide during your conversation with ChatGPT.

This may include, for example:

• descriptions of business processes,
• automation ideas,
• workflow information,
• examples,
• system requirements,
• organizational context,
• technical requirements.

Users should avoid entering personal, confidential or sensitive information unless they are authorized to do so and the use is appropriate within their organization’s policies.

3. No separate Agent Router database

Agent Router does not currently send conversation data to a separate database or backend operated by Alexander Würtz.

Agent Router does not independently maintain user profiles or its own persistent database of conversation content.

4. Processing by OpenAI

Agent Router operates within ChatGPT.

Information entered into ChatGPT is therefore processed by OpenAI according to the terms, privacy policies and account settings applicable to the user’s ChatGPT account or organization.

The handling, storage and use of data by ChatGPT itself is governed by OpenAI’s policies and the user’s respective account or workspace configuration.

Agent Router does not control OpenAI’s independent data-processing practices.

5. External systems and integrations

Agent Router itself does not currently connect to external systems or services.

If future versions introduce external integrations, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe:

• which data is accessed,
• for what purpose,
• where it is processed,
• whether it is stored,
• and whether it is shared with third parties.

6. Payments

Agent Router does not currently offer paid transactions, purchases or payment processing.

7. Cookies and website analytics

The Agent Router information pages are hosted on alexwuertz.com.

The website may use technical cookies, analytics or other website technologies independently of the Agent Router plugin.

Any such processing is governed by the general privacy information applicable to alexwuertz.com.

8. Sensitive and confidential information

Agent Router is not intended to be a secure repository for secrets or highly sensitive information.

Users should not intentionally provide:

• passwords,
• API keys,
• access tokens,
• private encryption keys,
• highly sensitive personal data,
• information they are not authorized to process.

Business users should follow their organization’s internal data, confidentiality and security policies.

9. Data retention by the publisher

Because Agent Router currently does not operate its own backend or database, the publisher does not independently retain conversation content through the plugin.

Support requests submitted separately through the publisher’s website may be retained for the period necessary to process the request and for reasonable administrative purposes.

10. Data sharing

Agent Router does not independently sell user data.

The publisher does not operate an advertising or data-broker service through Agent Router.

Processing performed by ChatGPT/OpenAI is subject to OpenAI’s own policies and agreements.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Agent Router’s functionality, integrations or data practices change.

The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
