Agent Router is an advisory and planning tool.

2. No guarantee of suitability

Recommendations produced by Agent Router are generated using artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for a particular environment.

Users remain responsible for evaluating recommendations before relying on or implementing them.

Agent Router does not guarantee that a recommended architecture, workflow, integration or implementation will be suitable for every organization or use case.

3. No professional advice

Agent Router does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, security certification or other regulated professional advice.

If a proposed AI system affects regulated, financial, legal, compliance, security-sensitive or otherwise high-impact processes, qualified professionals should review the design and implementation where appropriate.

4. User responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• ensuring they are authorized to use that information,
• reviewing generated recommendations,
• deciding whether and how recommendations are implemented,
• obtaining necessary permissions and approvals,
• complying with applicable laws and internal policies,
• testing systems before production use.

5. External systems and services

Agent Router may recommend connecting other software, services, databases or platforms.

The publisher does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, functionality, pricing or terms.

Any use of third-party systems is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted availability or continued compatibility with ChatGPT or other services.

9. No payments

Agent Router currently does not sell products, subscriptions or other paid services through the plugin.

10. Intellectual property

The Agent Router plugin, its original workflow logic, documentation and associated branding are provided by the publisher and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users retain responsibility for and rights to their own input to the extent provided by applicable law and platform terms.

Use of ChatGPT and generated outputs is additionally subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Router is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

No warranties are made regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on recommendations generated by Agent Router.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving any real-world implementation or action based on Agent Router’s recommendations.

Mandatory statutory liability is not excluded.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
